Hand sanitizer will be available in each room. Please use it upon entrance and exit.
The meeting organizer is responsible for sanitizing all frequently touched surfaces. Surface sanitizer will be made available to you.
Sharing of food and beverages is not allowed.
If the meeting or event takes place in the school or cafeteria the organization’s leadership must consult with the Business Manager regarding additional protocols (if any) before scheduling an activity.
Social Distance
If you are sick, experiencing COVID symptoms, or have otherwise been exposed to Coronavirus, please do not attend any meetings
It is recommended that masks be worn whenever someone is mobile(i.e. coming in or out of the building, using the restroom, etc…). Once seated, masks may be removed as long as social distancing is in place.
Please use every other seat in the meeting rooms to allow for 6-foot social distance between attendees.
