Marriage is slightly different from some of the other Sacraments because it is an institution that exists outside of the Church. Christ elevated the status of natural marriage to that of a Sacrament by making the marriage a covenant between two people. This means that marriage is not merely a legal contract, but a vow to give of oneself totally for the good of the other, living in communion. Even heaven is described as a "marriage" between Christ and the Church, where we all live in communion with one another, in Christ.
For those who wish to be married in our Church, we ask that you fill out the following form by clicking the button labled "Marriage Intake Form." You will be contacted by a parish priest within 48 (business) hours.
May God bless you as you begin the important preparations to enter into the Sacrament of Marriage!
