In the case of inclement weather (including snow), the following practices should be observed:
If the school is closed, then all Parish-sponsored events and activities for the day and evening are cancelled. This would include (but not limited to): athletics, meetings, committees, ministries, and all events. The school follows the cancellation schedule of the West Chester School District. Please tune-in to our local television and radio stations for cancellation information.
The Parish Religious Education Office will likewise follow the same procedure and reflect the cancellations made by the West Chester School District.
Notification of cancellations will be sent through School Reach for the Parish School, and through One-Call-Now for the Religious Education Program.
All cancellations will be posted as well on the Parish Website and should be consulted for more information.
