Saint Agnes Parish will host its next Schola Mass on Monday, October 02 at 7PM for The Feast of the Guardian Angels. On this Feast Day our present Church (3rd building) was dedicated by His Excellency, Bishop Hugh Lamb, Auxiliary Bishop of Philadelphia. Saint Agnes Parish and School will be having a special Mass to honor all of our First Responders. Mass will be at 9am followed by a First Responders parade of emergency vehicles. All are most welcomed!
Please join us for a special Mass that will have a Communal Sacrament of the Sick for any parishioners or friends of Saint Agnes who is ill in body, mind, or spirit. Everyone is welcomed to receive the healing presence of Jesus Christ in this sacrament. Caregivers are invited and encouraged to bring their patient or loved one for this special Mass. Please RSVP by October 11, 2023 to the rectory office at 610-692-2990. A lunch reception will take place following Mass.
Saint Agnes Parish will be chartering a bus to Harrisburg for the Pennsylvania March for Life on October 16th, We will meet for 8am Mass and then board the bus to the March. Cost per head is $25. *We are encouraging people to carpool to Mass so as to limit the amount of cars in the Saint Agnes Parking Lot while school is in session.* Click here for more details about the March for Life and the schedule for the day.
Please join the Saint Agnes Community for the Red Mass, a liturgy in which we pray for all lawyers, politicians, and statesmen/women in honor of Saints Thomas More and John Fisher. All are welcome to join us as we pray in solidarity with each other to uphold the rights of believers in our country.
Our Annual 40 Hours Devotion will be taking place beginning October 22nd at the conclusion of the 12pm noon Mass in Spanish and ending with a Solemn Liturgy of Evening Prayer at 7pm on October 24th. More details coming soon.
The Parish Rectory Office will be closed on Wednesday, November 1st in observance of the Feast of All Saints, a Holy Day of Obligation. We will reopen on Thursday, November 2nd at 9am. Thank you for your understanding!
There will be several Masses offered on All Souls Day (November 2nd). We will have our usual 6:30am and 8am Mass here at Saint Agnes. Then, we will have a special Mass offered in our Cemetery at 12:10pm. Our final Mass will take place in the Church at 7pm where the names of the deceased buried at Saint Agnes Church will be read aloud. Parishioners are also welcomed to bring framed photos of their deceased loved ones to place on the altar. There will be a Reception to follow.
Please join us on November 21, 2023 at 7pm for a special Mass for the Feast of the Presentation of Mary featuring sacred music in Latin from our Schola Choir. All are most welcomed!
