Educational Support Services
Our Programs are designed to assess and respond to the needs of immigrant families with young children. The overall goal of the program is to assist and strengthen families in their process of adjustment and acculturation, with emphasis on personal growth and greater independence in the community.
We strive to make sure every child knows how precious they are to God, to their families, to our Church and to our community.
Identify educationally disadvantaged children based on risk factors such as low family income and English as a second language.
Provide readiness and learning skills for students.
Create opportunities for both students and parents to learn our best cultural norms, parenting practices and standards of comportment.
Encourage and support parents to help them become an active part of their children's educational experience.
Identify children that could benefit from specialized services through other providers to assist families to enroll their children where appropriate.
